Where Vegan People began
Vegan People was established in 2023 as a plant-based nutrition practice rooted in health, purpose, and faith. It was created for plant-based curious adults who want to eat better, feel better, and begin in a way that feels clear, practical, and grounded.
The work began with a simple conviction: food is medicine, and faith is fuel. What we eat shapes more than our meals. It shapes our energy, our clarity, our capacity, and the way we show up for the life in front of us.
Through courses, recipes, articles, and beginner-friendly resources, Vegan People helps people take the next faithful step toward a more nourished life.
Vegan People is a plant-based nutrition practice dedicated to giving people the tools and guidance they need to eat well, live with purpose, and walk fully into the life God designed for them.
The essentials
Our growing audience
Vegan People is building its audience ahead of the November 2026 Plant-Based 101 On Demand launch and the release of Eat Plants. Change Your Life. Audience figures will be updated as reporting is finalized.
The impact we are building toward
Vegan People measures impact by looking at both practical change and deeper transformation.
Our work is designed to help people move from information to confidence, from confidence to behavior change, and from behavior change to a more grounded way of living. That means we track more than downloads, enrollments, and page views. We also listen for the changes people experience in their energy, clarity, food confidence, sense of purpose, and ability to care for the body God entrusted to them.
Our developing impact framework focuses on five areas.
As Vegan People grows, we plan to publish ongoing impact reporting, beginning with self-reported participant outcomes and expanding into longer-term measurement over time.
We measure what people do, but we also listen for what becomes possible when they begin to feel well.
