Welcome. I'm so glad you're here.

If you've ever stood in front of the mirror feeling disconnected from the person looking back, or found yourself reaching for comfort in all the wrong places, or wondered if the way you're living actually lines up with what you believe, this podcast is for you.

The Vegan People Podcast grew out of my own journey. For years, I thought health meant looking a certain way or hitting a certain number on the scale. I chased diets, punished my body, and believed that if I could just get it right on the outside, everything else would fall into place. Real change didn't start until I began asking different questions: Am I honoring the body God gave me? Do my choices reflect my values? What does it mean to live whole, and not just look whole?

That's what we explore here. Plant-based living, yes, but also the deeper work of aligning how we eat with how we want to show up in the world. Food and faith. Wellness and purpose. The quiet courage it takes to choose differently, even when no one else understands.

This podcast is about small, meaningful steps. Learning to nourish yourself with intention and grace. Discovering that caring for your body can be an act of worship, a way of saying yes to the life God is calling you into.

Some episodes will feel practical, how to meal prep, what to eat, how to navigate family dinners. Others will feel more reflective, the kind of conversations that sit with you long after they end. All of them are rooted in the belief that you were created with purpose, and that taking care of yourself matters.

Whether you're curious about plant-based eating, already on the journey, or simply looking for a little more peace in your own skin, I hope this feels like a companion. A friend walking beside you saying, you've got this. And you're not alone.

So take a breath. Settle in. Let this be a space where you feel seen, supported, and encouraged as you keep moving forward.

I'm so glad you're here.

Xoxo, Kai
